Your letter

When you drop a photo or PDF into the translator, your own browser reads it, on your device. This site has no upload endpoint for documents — there is nowhere for the letter to go, and the page’s security policy forbids it from connecting anywhere but this site’s own files. We cannot see your letter. That isn’t a promise of restraint; it’s how the site is built.

The consult form

If you send the consultation form, the things you typed — name, contact, optional notice code, optional note — are delivered to SMIB Management by an email delivery service, and used for exactly one purpose: replying to you. We don’t build marketing lists from it, and we ask you not to put anything sensitive in it.

Tracking

There are no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, and no cookies on this site.
